PS4 Exclusive Deep Down's Beta Test Delayed to 2015 as Capcom Apologizes

Today Capcom released a rather amazing gameplay video of the upcoming PS4 exclusive Deep Down, demonstrating that the game is coming along definitely nicely, but unfortunately not all the news are good.

Through the title’s Producer Kazunori Sugiura. the publisher announced that the public beta test for the game has been delayed to 2015 (in Japan, as there still aren’t any news about a western localization) in order to deliver the best possible experience, also apologizing to the fans that have been waiting since the unveiling show of the PS4.

The announcement about the beta, which was scheduled for the Summer, had been promised and then delayed multiple times, the latest at the end of July. At least now we know that we’ll have to wait for next year in order to get our greedy paws on the game.

As usual, better later than never, or worse, than a rushed release.

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
