Famitsu announced today that tomorrow’s issue of Famitsu will include the reveal of Disaster Report 4 Plus: Summer Memories, releasing exclusively for PS4.
According to Hachima Kikou, that got a leaked copy of the magazine, the game was previously cancelled mostly because it wasn’t up to standards. Since then, the team has focused on improving the quality of the base gameplay.
The game is based on the original version that was supposed to be released on PS3, but it’s completely remade from scratch.
Time progression will cause the situation in various locations to evolve. Realistic needs will are also be implemented, forcing the player to go to the toilet and avoid expired food to avoid penatlies to his stats.
Interestingly, some sort of online interaction will also be included, matching the social capabilities of the PS4, to give players the sensation of being connected to each other.
