New Driveclub Update gets Details/Screensots, Releasing This Week; “Great Features and Content” Teased

Driveclub has a sizable update coming in December, and today Game Director Paul Rustchynsky shared more details about what we can expect in terms of content.

First and foremost, private lobbies are getting new settings, including grid ordering, brake assist and a friend invite option.

Unfortunately AI cars aren’t included in the update, but the developers are considering them.

Rustchynsky also detailed the grid options that will be available in private lobbies:

Another very welcome change is the separation between driver level and elite level, preventing players to get stuck on an elite objective.

Want to know the new cars coming this month? Patience you must have, my young Padawan.

On the other hand, with the update you’ll be able to unlock the KTM 1290 Super Duke R in Driveclub: Bikes by completing Rank 10 of the KTM Owners Club Accolade

If you’re wondering when the update will release, I confirmed with Rustchynsky that it’s coming this week.

Lastly, Rustchynsky promised that more “great features and content” are in the pipeline.

Below you can see the screenshots shared of the KTM 1290 Super Duke R in full resolution.
