Yesterday's update has made the already rather exceptional Driveclub even better, and today the folks at Evolution Studios provided more details on what went down with the patch and on what we can expect from the next.Game Director Paul Rustchynsky mentioned a small but quite interesting bit, showing the level of care going into the game:

He also specified that no changes have been made to then handling of cars, contrary to some reports:

Users have reported issues with gamma in the Japanese tracks, when coming out of a tunnel, and Rustchynsky mentioned on NeoGAF that it has already been fixed internally, and should be addressed with the next patch.

Thanks for the heads up on the problem guys, we've been able to fix it with your help, so it should make the next game update : )

The official Twitter Account of the game also mentioned that volume adjustments and balancing have been made to the sound of the windscreen wipers, making it more audible:

At long last we'll also get the much requested ability to choose between different factory paint jobs in the next update.

So far Evolution Studios definitely managed to surprise and please many fans with the packed update schedule of Driveclub. It'll be very interesting to see where they'll bring the game next.
