Today Koei Tecmo showcased about twelve minutes of gameplay of the upcoming PS4 exclusive NiOh during a livestream hosted by Sony Interactive Entertainment from Taipei Game Show.

The gameplay, presented live by Game Director Fumihiko Yasuda, shows a player facing the ruthless enemies of the Futamata stage. Funnily, while this was livestreamed later, it’s basically the part that comes before the boss showcased in the video that we published earlier. Incidentally, the stage showcased here was introduced at the beginning of December.

NiOh will launch in North America on February 7th, published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. European gamers will have to wait one more day until February 8th, while Japanese gamers will get the game last directly from Koei Tecmo, on February 9th.

If you want to try out the Futamata stage and more before the game launches, you can already download a the “Last Chance” demo. It will become playable at midnight between January 20th and January 21st and will be available only for 48 hours. You can also check out a new trailer here, and the boss battle at the end of this area (the one that mercilessly kills the players in a few seconds in this video).

Enjoy the new gameplay below.
