PS4 Exclusive The Order: 1886 Gets More Pictures of Tesla’s Equipment, Tease Edison’s Involvement

The rather intesting trip into The Order: 1886‘s background and lore continues at the game’s alternate reality Tumblr, and even if today there are no enigmas to solve, we get to see a couple interesting props, and a possible tease.

The first is a prop reproducing the knights’s communicator, designed by Nikola Tesla.

We found this in Tesla’s lab – it appears to be some sort of communication device that was WAY ahead of its time. Tesla never made this invention public – incredible that he kept this and other inventions secret, just for the use of The Order.

The second is even more interesting, showing one of Thomas Edison’s light bulbs.

We found an early lightbulb in Tesla’s lab – still intact after so many years. Why did Tesla have it? Was it one of Edison’s? Keeping tabs on the competition?

Could this be a tease of Edison’s involvement in the seemingly intricate plot of The Order: 1886? One thing is for sure: There seems to be a lot more to discover about the alternate Victorian London Ready at Dawn created for the game.
