PS4 Exclusive The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2 Gets First Screenshots and Art on Dengeki

Today’s issue of Dengeki PlayStation had the first screenshots and artwork of The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2, which will be released in Japan in Winter 2017 by Nippon Ichi Software, exclusively for PS4.

The story revolves again around Hundred Knight, but is set in a different world where he has been summoned by the witch Cerka, but this time things are more complicated. Cerka is actually the second form of Mirum, a young kid that transforms into a witch due to a disease. Any attempt to cure her has failed. She can still control Hundred Knight even when she reverts to her original form.

Accompanying her is Amelie. She is a witch hunter, but she took a stance against her organization in order to protect her sister Mirum. Funinmugin is a crow transformed by Cerka to be her servant and take care of the house.

Since the story is disconnected from the previous game, Metallica and the rest of the previous cast won’t return in this game. Gameplay has also been overhauled to be more intuitive and to make it more fun.

You can check out the gallery below, keeping in mind that they’re magazine scans, so the quality isn’t as high as direct feed screenshots.
