PS4 theme developer Hyperintelligence has been pulling anime themes out of the oven for a while with an Attack on Titan license, but now they have decided to branch out.

Today they released an One Piece theme, that can be found on the North American PlayStation Store here, for $2.99

So, is the theme good? Well... Your mileage may vary, but my vote is on "no." There are no custom music or sound effects. The animation is somewhat cute, but the background is not exactly charming.
