Today HyperIntelligence released two new PS4 "dynamic" themes on the North American PlayStation Store, dedicated to the popular anime and manga series One Piece.

The airquotes around "dynamic" are obligatory, as they're basically slideshows of different illustrations, and there's no custom music or sounds.
