A new Milestone for Sony Computer Entertainment, PlayStation 4 cracks the Million Mark in Germany.

Neu-Isenburg: November 18th, 2014. Sony Computer Entertainment Germany announced today that over 1,000,000 PlayStation 4 systems have been sold in Germany. The milestone was reached on October 21st 2014. The impressive number underlines once again the PS4’s enormous popularity among the gaming community less than a year after the official launch.

Due to the outstanding success the next-generation platform has already sold ten million units worldwide, not only ensuring the “pole position” in the German market, but also ensuring its continuous growth.

That’s definitely an achievement for Sony Computer Entertainment, and it’s especially interesting to see that roughly 10% of the PS4’s sales happened in Germany.
