If you’re interested in playing the PS4 version of Sega’s online RPG Phantasy Star Online 2, it’s now available on the Japanese PlayStation Store.

The game can be downloaded here, but it requires a Japanese PSN account, and a Sega Id account, that can be created here.

The PS4 version (that requires a 34.8 Gigabytes download) joins the already available PC and PS Vita versions, and unfortunately is available only in Japan.

Sega promised a western release of the PC version years ago, but that promise was never fulfilled.
