A few months have passed since the western launch of the visual novel/adventure game Root Letter by Kadokawa Games, and today the publisher brings good tidings: turns out that the title proved quite successful.

Kadokawa Games announced that Root Letter shipped over 200,000 copies worldwide, and considering its niche nature, it’s definitely a very positive milestone.

The sales figure includes both copies shipped to retail stores, and digital downloads.

Root Letter is currently available for PS4 and PS Vita, and if you are unfamiliar with the game, you can read my full review. Spoiler alert: I really liked it.
