We're now exactly three weeks away from the launch of next-gen. With the Xbox Series S and Series X dropping on November 10 and the PS5 dropping November 12 (November 19 in the UK), things are starting to get exciting.Over the past week or so, PS5 pre-order customers began to receive emails saying that their accessories would be arriving earlier than the consoles, landing on October 30. Now, this is looking to be completely true, as, for the first time, it looks like some PS5 accessories have started to appear in the wild.Posted on Twitter by user Destruct___, and initially, on Reddit, the official PS5 DualSense controllers have been spotted on display in Walmart. Sitting in between an Astro A20 headset and a Move Controller Dock, the row of controllers look sleek in their new minimalistic white packaging.

The early displays also go hand in hand with reports that pre-order customers in the UK will also be getting their PS5 products early. Despite the console launching a week later than the rest of the world, the accessories and games will keep their original launch dates. This means games like Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Demon’s Souls, as well as the controllers and headsets, will be dropping early.

While the PS5 controllers have now started to appear, the Xbox Series S and Series X controllers have been in the wild for some time now. Spotted as far back as August 10, the slightly tweaked Xbox controller with its newly designed box was one of the first indications we got that the Xbox Series S was real. While the rumours had been flying about for a significant while, the new box had text that stated it was compatible with "Xbox Series X/S”.

Now we're in the home stretch, be sure to keep your eyes peeled here at DualShockers for the latest news and reviews on next-gen hardware, software and accessories.
