If you haven't heard, there's this little event going on in just a few minutes involving a company called Sony and this thing called the PlayStation 5. It's probably nothing worth getting too excited about, but we're going to be doing something special for the occasion.

While you might be more inclined to watch today's PS5 event via Sony's native stream, we're going to be co-streaming our own reactions and thoughts to the next-gen conference over on YouTube as well. This is something we've only done a handful of times here in the past and it's a format we're going to be returning to as we start to get into the thick of things in this season where video game events are going to be happening much more often.

As for who you can look forward to seeing react and talk about Sony's latest moves, our own Staff Writers Otto Kratky, Cameron Hawkins, Josh Starr, and Video Manager Mario Rivera will be your hosts for the day. It's a handsome crew to be sure and hopefully, they can keep you company throughout the entirety of the hour-long PS5 showing.

And hey, even if you don't want to tune in and watch along with us as the stream happens in real-time, you can always revisit the video later on to see what our reactions were in the moment. Additionally, we're also going to be doing a post-show breakdown later on today that will go over everything that was announced in greater detail. Basically, what I'm saying is that you should subscribe to our YouTube channel if you haven't already. We'll have a ton of stuff going up in the next few days in addition to this co-stream that I think you'll be interested in.

Sony's PS5: The Future of Gaming showcase kicks off in a little under an hour at 4:00pm EST/1:00pm PST. Our own stream will be going live just a few minutes prior, so keep an eye out.
