PSN Services Returning to Asia Tomorrow

By John Colaw

May 27, 2011

After nearly a full month of downtime, PlayStation Network services will be returning to parts of Asia tomorrow. This of course follows the return of basic access to many other users, though the PlayStation Store is still inaccessible to my knowledge. In particular the PSN will return to Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, though South Korea and Hong Kong will be suspended “until further notice”.

Sony’s current plan is to have full access up to everybody by the end of May, though if they plan to meet that goal they better hurry.

When he's not writing about games or playing them, he's playing in the Kansas City band "Documentary" and drinking as many different beers as often as he can. He's a huge comic nerd in the best sense of the term, with a particular love for the Creator Owned movement.
