R6 Siege North Star - Thunderbird is Probably the New Operator

Rainbow Six Siege new defender can heal the teammates.

Ubisoft teased the very first image from the next Rainbow Six Siege season and it already confirms some of the previous leaks around the R6 Siege North Star operation.

Ubisoft usually can’t get a hold of its secret projects prior to their launch, which most of the time leads to massive leaks around the company’s future projects. The same goes for Rainbow Six Siege as well.

Today, Ubisoft officially revealed that the next season in Rainbow Six Siege will be called Operation North Star. Now, before we get into the leaks, we have some official information about the new operator of the game.

Based on the official roadmap of Year 6, shared by Ubisoft, the Y6S2 operator is from Nakoda, which is referred to the Indigenous people living in Canada. Also, we do know that the new operation will bring the reworked version of the Favella map.

R6 Siege North Star: Who Is the New Operator?

As revealed by leaks, the new operator in Operation North Star is called Thunderbird. Apparently, she is a defending operator and her special ability is a box-like gadget called Kona Station that heals the teammates.

Of course, all the details above are unofficial and need to be confirmed, but if you take a precise look at the Kona Station gadget down below, you will realize that the emblem is similar to the emblem on the helicopter from the official image of the Operation North Star.

Rainbow Six Siege is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. The game is available in various editions, each one including a different number of operators unlocked from the beginning.
