10Ants Hill, the indie development studio behind the upcoming Crash Team Racing inspired game The Karters, have officially announced the release date of their VR title, Racket Fury: Table Tennis VR. The development studio is scheduled to release the game on PC via Steam on July 27, 2017. In addition to the release date announcement, the studio also released a new trailer, which can be seen below.

In Racket Fury: Table Tennis VR, players will be able to face off against challenging AI opponents in strategic matches. The game will feature advanced physics that the development team has created from scratch. They wanted to make the experience feel as realistic and accurate as possible and the team feels they have achieved this with the intense scientific research that went into crafting the physics engine present in the game.

There will be a single player experience, complete with 16 AI opponents. There are four challenging cups to complete, each cup getting more demanding and difficult than the previous. A multiplayer component is also included in the game that will allow players to compete against each other from across the globe.
