Rainbow Six Siege Y7S2 Operation Vector Glare update goes live today, adding a brand new Attacker to the game as well as a new Team Deathmatch map, and the Privacy Mode feature for PC players, according to the official patch notes.

Originally revealed later in May 2022, Operation Vector Glare is finally here, launching across all platforms in a few hours. Introducing Sens as a new Attacker, Operation Vector Glare is assumed to bring a balance to both attacking and defending sides after the announcement of Azami.

Although Sens' holographic wall is not as fierce as Azami's Kiba Barriers, it serves as a sight-blocking device for attackers, which is proven to be a key strategy for planting the defuser or infiltrating deeper inside the bomb sites.

The arrival of the Year 7 Season 2 also brings a new Battle Pass with 100 tiers of rewards, including both free and premium rewards. Moreover, you can expect some new balance changes for the existing Operators, on top of which Glaz will become a three-speed Operator, getting his Bearing-9 back as a secondary weapon.
