It was way back in 2013 when Rayman Legends originally released for PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and PlayStation Vita. Since then, the game has released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Now, Rayman Legends Definitive Edition has released on Nintendo Switch.

Amongst the aspects of Rayman Legends that won it multiple awards and critical acclaim when it released, Rayman Legends Definitive Edition will include four-player cooperative play, as well as an exclusive wireless local multiplayer mode being called Kung Foot mode.

Recently, Ubisoft's Michael Ancel indicating a few elements of the new game that have been added since the 2013 release and are as a result of "the concept of console we’ve been waiting for a long time." In addition to the Kung Foot mode, Ancel teased that there would be "several surprises" yet to come in the new version.
