We've been wondering when Ubisoft's mega-fun cooperative platformer would drop for Nintendo's stereoscopic handheld, and we've finally been given the official word: March 16. This announcement effectively makes the 3DS the last platform to receive the title, the next release being the PlayStation Vita's when that system launches Feb. 22.

The game has earned pretty high praise all across the gaming world, our own Alexa Ray's review included. Maybe its coming release on two handhelds will earn it higher sales numbers than their console counterparts. The game is solid, sure, but it released alongside titles like Skyrim, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and Ubisoft's own Assassin's Creed: Revelations, which couldn't have helped.
