Today Sony Interactive Entertainment revealed two new DualShock 4 controllers, as well as a redesigned version of a previously released special edition.

The crystal DualShock 4 will come in three different variants: Original, Red, and Blue. Each of the controllers feature a see-through plastic front, and a solid plastic back shell.

These new controllers will of course be the 2.0 design, which features an extra lightbar on the top of its touchpad. While the Original Crystal design was released last year, it was the original, 1.0 design.

These aren't the first limited edition controllers to be revealed. Back in July, Bungie and Activision unveiled a brand new Destiny 2-themed DualShock 4. A few weeks ago, Sony and Electronic Arts showed off a controller based around the upcoming soccer game Fifa 18Both of those scheduled to be released on September 6th, 2017, and September 29th, 2017 respectively.

All three of the new Crystal variations will be available on in Europe on October 17th, 2017, and in North America sometime in September 2017. It's worth noting that both the Red and Blue Crystal variations will not be available in the UK, while the original variation won't be available in Russia.
