If you thought that fan art could only be produced on paper or something similar, then think again. This Red Dead Redemption 2 inspired nail art is enough to convince even the hard-ass Sadie Adler to run to her nearest nail bar - she certainly would be proud.

Over on good old Reddit, where all the interesting stuff happens, an awesome set of nails depicting trees with a wonderful orange and red glow of a sunset in the background has popped up. This, of course, is one of many beautiful tree-lined sunset scenes from RDR2 that I'm sure every player has used photo-mode on more than once.

The owner of these creative and colorful fingernails is karabou, who goes into describing how they managed to portray such an iconic gaming landscape onto their nails. Firstly for the ombre background, karabou used a makeup sponge in which they painted layers onto it and then dabbed it onto the nail to create the sultry glow of the sunset. Then, in the style of Bob Ross, some happy trees were applied using some black nail polish with a thin brush to achieve the wispy tree figures.

This is the year 2019 so painted nails aren't gender specific - actually, they probably never were I mean just look at Bowie, Johnny Depp or Billie Joe Armstrong - and the Reddit community seem to think so too with a few men not afraid to stand up and show their desire to get their nails done. We all just need a step-by-step tutorial to come out now to show us how it's expertly done (that's a hint karabou!).

As we are deep into the vein of amazing Red Dead Redemption 2 art, take a look at freelance concept artist Tom Garden recently published artwork called “Follow the Trail" that depicts a beautifully painted RDR2 scene of Arthur Morgan riding a horse along the water's edge with a breathtaking backdrop.

As of last month, Red Dead Redemption 2 had sold-in over 23 million copies of the game - which is crazy since it's only been out for 4 months, but completely believable due to it having a remarkable storyline and a superb character development.

If you still haven't jumped into the game, don't panic as you can still pick it up on Amazon for Xbox One and PS4.
