Although we have not heard anything positive about an upcoming remake of the Dino Crisis series, talented fans could probably convince Capcom by their depiction of the game's remake through mods and artworks.

Regina Would Look Amazing in a Dino Crisis Remake

Mike Wilson, a 3D artist, and character designer has recently paid a tribute to the Dino Crisis series by creating an Unreal Engine 5 remake of Regina, the main protagonist of the franchise by referencing Capcom's recent Resident Evil remakes.

In order to recreate the modern-day look of Regina in Unreal Engine 5, Wilson has utilized the official 3D models of Jill Valentine, Leon Kennedy, Clair Redfield, and Carlos from Resident Evil 2 and 3 remakes.

Now if you take a look at the final look, you can realize that it really looks like a work of Capcom itself on RE Engine, though it has been made on Unreal Engine 5.

Although we hoped this to turn into a fan remake of the game, this isn't going to happen as such a project would need a whole lot of time and resources, which cannot be done by a single artist.

Now, it remains unknown for fans that what Capcom has up sleeves for the Dino Crisis fans in the future if there is even anything in the pipeline.

While we don't know how much a remake of Dino Crisis could cost for Capcom, we do know that it would receive a huge admiration from the fans of the series to get back to this universe after almost two decades.

Currently, Capcom is said to be working on a full remake of Resident Evil 4, while we don't know if the story of Ethan and Chris would be continued in any form in the future.
