The Rent-A-Server program has begun for console versions of Battlefield 4 today which will allow you to set up your own public and private servers. There, you'll have different options available to you, including player count and map rotation, for your own personal tweaking that will give you to chance to create the games you want to play.

To get started with your own server, head to the multiplayer menu and select ‘My Rented Servers’. From there, you can choose a server location and decide how long you want to rent it for up to 90 days. Prices start at $1.49 for one day and max out at $59.99. Currently, there are a limited amount of available servers in this soft launch, but the number will increase over time.

Another update is a fix to the 'Death Shield' bug, a glitch that created a space around killed enemies that would block weapon fire.
