Today a new image of Resident Evil 2 surfaced on Reddit, apparently coming from some sort of printed medium or magazine.

The alleged leak appears to be coming from a Chinese source (due to the watermark), but we could not track it down, so if you have information on the original website that posted it, please let us know in the comments so that we can provide proper credit.

Ada Wong's look matches what was shown in the original reveal trailer, but now she isn't hidden by shadows and we can see her wearing a trench coat, sunglasses, and a scarf. Interestingly, this also partly matches the ancient piece of concept art showcased in the gallery at the bottom of the post.

Of course, since no official reveal has been made by Capcom, this should be taken with the customary grain of salt. Yet, the image certainly seems legit enough considering the match with the reveal trailer.

Resident Evil 2 will release on January 25th, 2019 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. You can already pre-order the game and the Deluxe Edition on Amazon.
