Resident Evil 2 Shows Claire in Action in New PS4 Gameplay

Claire Redfield has to deal with a much bigger enemy than she is in a brand new chunk of gameplay of Resident Evil 2 from Tokyo Game Show.

The Resident Evil 2 remake keeps looking better and better with every outing, and today the Japanese magazine Dengeki PlayStation streamed a sizable chunk of gameplay.

In the video, you can finally see Claire in action as she has to fight against a certain monster with a giant eye-like tumor on its shoulder. I’ll refrain from spoiling its former identity, in case you have not played the original game.

The enemy proves quite hard to bring down, especially considering the traditional scarcity of ammo, but in the end it does go down, quite literally.

You can check it out below. If you want to see more about Resident Evil 2, you can enjoy the latest trailer and screenshots featuring Ada Wong and more, the previous gameplay the announcement trailer, and some more recent screenshots. You can also read our hands-on preview from E3 2018.
