New screenshots for Resident Evil 3 have leaked online. French gaming site Gamegen.com revealed said screenshots too early in a preview article, before deleting it. According to DSOGaming, via Japanese site Game's Talk, this preview and screenshots were supposed to go live on February 25 instead of February 23. These kinds of mistakes and leaks are bound to happen with a game as big and anticipated as the remake of Resident Evil 3, and I personally can't say I'm surprised by all this. This isn't the first time screenshots for Resident Evil 3 are leaked or revealed unofficially too early.

The screenshots feature Jill Valentine fighting against Nemesis and a bunch of Resident Evil 3 monsters and creatures which were unseen until now. The article also included pretty cool artworks of Jill, Carlos, and Nemesis. Lastly, it came along with new screenshots of Project Resistance, the stand-alone multiplayer game bundled with Resident Evil 3 Remake. The screenshots are all in the gallery below.

Resident Evil 3 Remake launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on April 3, 2020. Our staff writer Ricky Frech is pretty hyped for the game. The game will also be more action-oriented than RE2, and with a lot of differences compared to the original. You can read more details here and here, and check out the latest trailer.

A Resident Evil Netflix series is also in the works, for better or worse.
