Resident Evil 4 and Code: Veronica Coming to XBLA and PSN

Can you believe some gamers are still complaining about certain PS1 games not making it on the PlayStation Store when they’re getting one of the greatest PS2 games ever on the PSN!? Come this fall Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil Code: Veronica will hit XBLA and PSN as two separate, downloadable titles. Although a bundle would have been nice, like we saw in Japan, we can hardly make a sour face since RE4 has been met with much critical acclaim. Oh…did I mention both titles will be in HD?! Yea…you want to get both titles now huh?

“To kick off the 15th anniversary of Resident Evil®, Capcom®, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games today announced that the highly acclaimed Resident Evil® 4 and Resident Evil Code: Veronica® X will be released as downloadable titles for the Xbox 360®video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system. Scheduled for release this fall, both titles have been enhanced with upgraded visuals as they make their debut on high-definition consoles.”

Pretty much your above average gamer who plays games profusely and appreciates them even more. Been gaming since the NES but is in love with anything PlayStation. No I am not a typical fanboy...I appreciate each system for their strengths and recognize their weaknesses. I just love the PS brand. (Think along the lines as someone who likes to read but loves one author in particular). Ever since my time as #2 in the world at Resistance 2, I have taken video games much more seriously. Don't get me wrong, I am a laid back, fun guy to game with...but I always play to win.
