Resident Evil 6’s $1300 Premium Edition May be Headed to America

Did you guys hear about the ‘Premium Edition’ of Resident Evil 6? It’s a lavish, $1300 ( ¥105,000) set of goodies that includes a replica of protagonist Leon Kennedy’s leather jacket, four tablet covers (not entirely sure what those are) and the game itself. Right now this princely package is exclusive to Japan, but Capcom may bring a couple of them stateside if they feel there’s demand. Right now they’re testing the waters with a poll over on Capcom Unity. If you’d be willing to plop down that huge wad of dough for this set, then you should head over and cast your vote.

I keep wondering what could be so special about those items that they’d be worth that much money, and I’m constantly coming up with nothing. Thoughts?
