Earlier this year, Capcom brought a whole new kind of terror in the form of Resident Evil: Revelations 2 across consoles and PC, and after previously being announced for PS Vita last year, is finally coming to the handheld platform next month.

Sony announced through the PlayStation Blog that Resident Evil: Revelations 2 will release for PS Vita on August 18th, 2015, with the new portable version to be released digitally through the PlayStation Store for $39.99.

The PS Vita version of Revelations 2 will include all four of the game’s main chapters, while also including additional content and the two extra chapters included with the game’s season pass and physical releases.

The PS Vita version will include both “The Struggle” and “Little Miss” additional chapters, which provide a focus on Moira and Natalia and “play a critical role in understanding these characters and how they play into the main campaign,” according to SCEA third-party relations director Gio Corsi.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and PC with the PS Vita version to release on August 18th, 2015 – in the meantime, you can check out the launch trailer for the Vita version below:
