Respawn Confirms Titanfall's 6 vs 6 Maximum Player Count Is For All Platforms, Xbox One and PC Included

With yesterday’s reveal about Titanfall‘s maximum player count limited to six versus six players, some argued that Respawn’s Co-Founder Vince Zampella could have been talking only about the Xbox 360 version of the game, considering that he did not specify.

We reached out to Respawn Interactive and asked for a clarification on whether the six vs six limit is valid for all platform or only for specific ones and we got a quick reply from Community Manager Abbie Heppe:

All platforms. That is what was playable when we had it at various conventions as well.

There you have it, straight from the lion’s mouth: if you were hoping to see more players on Xbox One or PC, you may want to curb that expectation in check, as it isn’t going to happen. Six versus Six it is, across the board.

He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
