Developer Cragworks has revealed its newest title set to debut for the Wii U in 2017, called Reversi 32.

The game pits players with an AI opponent called Bigley, a recurring meme character within the Miiverse community. Players take charge of the black tiles while Bigley controls the white ones.

Bigley was originally intended to be a parody of character Ridley from the Metroid series, it's name coming from the prospect that Ridley is seen as too big to serve as a playable fighter in the Smash Bros. series. Since it's inception, Bigley has been featured in several indie games including Meme Run and Bigley's Revenge.

Reversi 32 promises to keep the meme alive into the new year, proving that the gaming community really is a constant source for imagination.
