The legendary animated TV show, Rick and Morty, is coming back with its much-awaited Season 6. Created by Justin Roilland and Dan Harmon, the adult science-fiction sitcom premiered in 2013, and since then, the show has garnered several fans' attention with its dark and gritty humor. Season 6 of the series was confirmed back in 2018, and similar to the previous seasons, this one will also feature ten amazing episodes.

Each season, the creators give us new individual stories in a satirical format, and the fifth season was no different. But now, it's almost time for us to dive into new adventures of the narcissistic scientist Rick and his not-so-innocent grandson, Morty.

Season 6 of Rick and Morty will premiere with the release of Episode 1 on Sunday, September 4th, 2022. For fans in the US, the show will release on Adult Swim at 11 PM ET (Eastern Timing)/8 PM PT (Pacific Timing). However, you'll need Live TV Streaming Service to watch the latest season (and other animated shows) on Adult Swim. Also, Adult Swim is a programming block of Cartoon Network, so you must choose a service that offers Cartoon Network.

For Now, Adult Swim confirmed that season 6 would follow a weekly release schedule, and you'll get new episodes every Sunday. So, you'll get to enjoy new adventures of Rick and Morty for the next ten weekends, unless the show goes on a hiatus after the release of a couple of episodes.

For fans in other regions, Netflix will also stream the latest episodes of Rick and Morty on the same day as Adult Swim, but Netflix only hosts the animated TV show in some selected regions.

Also, as of now, there's no confirmation about the new season's release on other streaming platforms like Hulu or HBO Max. However, we can expect a release date for other platforms after Adult Swim completes the broadcast of the entire season. Fortunately, if you wish to stream the first five seasons of Rick and Morty before jumping on the sixth season, you can stream all the episodes on Hulu and HBO Max.
