Coming down from the lofty heights of the much anticipated Gible Community Day, we now have our second Unova starter stepping into the spotlight - Tepig.
While not as exciting of a Pokemon as the Land Shark Pokemon, there's still plenty for players to look forward to on this upcoming Community Day.
One of these things is the Community Day Special Research Story, this month titled "Roasted Berries".
Here are the details we have so far about the Pokemon GO Community Day Research "Roasted Berries" and what our expectations for the event are.
Roasted Berries Pokemon GO Community Day Ticket Details
As usual, the Community Day ticket will go live as soon as Community Day begins.
This means players will be able to take part in the Roasted Berries Ticketed Research Story from 11 am local time on Saturday, July 3. Thankfully, the research doesn't have to be completed by the time the Community Day finishes (5 pm local time), however, it just becomes a little more difficult.
The cost of this months ticket is exactly $1 or the equivalent in your local currency.
Research and Rewards
Over the past few months, the Community Day Special Research Story has followed a very similar pattern. This is what we expect the research to look like:
Step One:
- Power Up Pokemon 10 Times
- Catch 15 Tepig
- Make 5 Nice Throws
Step Two:
- Catch 15 Tepig
- Transfer 10 Pokemon
- Use 15 Pinap Berries when Catching Pokemon OR Evolve 3 Tepig
Step Three:
- Make Three Great Curveball Throws
- Evolve 1 Pignite
- Transfer 10 Pokemon
Step Four:
- Claim Reward
- Claim Reward
- Claim Reward

In terms of rewards, you should expect a healthy combination of Incense, Pokeballs/Great Balls/Ultra Balls, Rare Candies, Berries, Tepig/Pignite/Emboar encounters and much more.
You'll certainly earn more value in rewards than what a dollar could buy you on its own!
