Rock Band DLC: The Piano Man Edition

Another week goes by, another batch of Rock Band 3 DLC ready to download. The sole star of this week’s DLC is none other than the Piano Man himself, Billy Joel! 2011 will mark the 40th year Anniversary of his first CD Cold Spring Harbor, and to celebrate a collection of remastered CDs, unreleased songs, and more will be released throughout the year. A “best of” album titled The Hits was released on November 16th featuring 19 songs; 12 of which are available to play as “Billy Joel: The Hits, Rock Band Edition”.

  • “It’s Still Rock and Roll To Me”
  • “Movin’ Out (Anthony’s Song)” X
  • “Only the Good Die Young” X
  • “Piano Man”
  • “Pressure”
  • “Say Goodbye to Hollywood”
  • “The Entertainer”
  • “The Stranger”
  • “We Didn’t Start the Fire”
  • “You May Be Right”

The songs marked with an X at the end will have the “Pro” track version available for an additional $0.99. You can purchase each individual track for the standard 160 Microsoft Points / $1.99 / 200 Wii points (360/PS3/Wii respectively), or save a little cash and buy the full pack on XBox 360/PS3 for 1,600 MSP / $19.99.

The DLC will go live on December 14th on all systems.
