Rocket League Blasts to Xbox One on February 17
Coming off last year as one of the biggest indie successes of 2015, the instant hit Rocket League is heading for an encore next week as the title finally gets a confirmed release date for the upcoming Xbox One version.
Developer Psyonix revealed that Rocket League will release for Xbox One on February 17th, 2016, following a report last week that the title was nearly ready for release and awaiting final approval from Microsoft’s certification team at ID@Xbox.
Rocket League will retail for $19.99 on the Xbox Games Store and retains the same content, upgrades, unlockables, and features as the PS4 and PC versions, while also including a few bonus items that Xbox fans will enjoy, with items modeled after several Xbox-focused franchises like Halo, Gears of War, and Sunset Overdrive.
Rocket League is currently available for PS4 and PC, with the Xbox One version to release on February 17th, 2016.
