Rocket League Update 2.16 Begins Preparations For Season 7

As confirmed via the official

">Rocket League Status Twitter account, today's patch will be deployed at 4PM PT / 11PM UTC. The June 14 Rocket League update will be made available on all supported platforms, but fans shouldn't expect any changes to go live until Season 7 kicks off on June 15.

So, with a brand new season beginning in less than 24 hours, what exactly can players expect? Well, Rocket League's newest season is all about the more glamorous things in life. Season 7 brings a fresh Rocket Pass with the aim to bring a "touch of class" to players' garages.

The Season 7 Rocket Pass includes the Sushi Roller Wheels, Aquarium Player Banner, Carat Cutter Wheels, Marble Floor Decal, Kinda Big Deal Player Title, and much more.

Players can also expect the introduction of new Golden Painted Items. These are super rare showpieces that are exclusively found in the Rocket Pass Pro Tiers, which begin once you reach Tier 70. But if you want to get your hands on the really rare rewards, you'll need to reach the higher tiers of 150.

There's also the brand new Utopia Coliseum (Gilded) Arena being introduced with the new season. This flashy new arena features glorious pillars and marbled floors. Get a first look at the new arena and find out more about the June 14 Rocket League update via the game's official website.
