Rocket League Will Be Outfitted With a New Way to Talk in June Update

on May 19, 2016 11:38 AM

Anyone familiar with Rocket League — which, realistically, should be everyone — undoubtedly knows about the Quick Chat feature. Be it celebrating in your moments of triumph or using it to sarcastically harass the opponent who just scored on himself, Quick Chat has been an integral feature from the start.

According to developer Psyonix, Rocket League will be expanding the Quick Chat options, letting players customize their messages in the options menu. The new Quick Chat options added to the roster include the following:

  • All yours.
  • Calculated.
  • Go for it!
  • Great Clear!
  • Holy cow!
  • In position.
  • Incoming!
  • My bad…
  • My fault.
  • Need Boost!
  • Nice Block!
  • Nice one!
  • No Way!
  • Okay.
  • Oops!
  • Savage!
  • Siiiick!
  • What a play!
  • [/*]Whew.[/*]
  • Everybody dance!
  • gg
  • Nice moves.
  • One. More. Game.
  • Rematch!
  • That was fun!
  • Well played.
  • What a Game!

According to Psyonix, this update will launch June alongside another substantial summer update. Check out the photo below of what the new chat option will look like:
