It's funny that I recently reported on Anita Sarkeesian's new YouTube series Tropes vs Women in Video Games, where she dissects the portrayal of women in games, for better or worse, and then I came across this [thanks to GameInformer]: a father got his daughter to love old school games like Donkey Kong, but she got bummed out that she couldn't play as Pauline and save Mario. So, like any awesome father, he decided to hack the ROM, replacing Mario with Pauline.
