Rumor: New Details on Multiplayer May Be Emerging Soon for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag
Today, Twitter may have uncovered some gold for new details on the multiplayer component of Ubisoft’s next installment in their hugely successful Assassin’s Creed series.
Earlier this morning, Tim Browne, the Lead Game Designer for ACIV: Black Flag (and previously of Assassin’s Creed III), sent out a tease for upcoming news on what ACIV: Black Flag will have in store for multiplayer modes:
For those eagerly waiting for new news on #AC4MP I have a feeling you will be happy quite soon!

While the game is still a few months away from release, we may at least take some comfort in (possibly) having some new details on the multiplayer portions of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag seemingly around the corner…or, around the ship deck. Whatever pirate-y euphemism you would like to use.
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag releases on Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii U on October 29th, 2013 in the US, with a release date for the Xbox One, PS4, and PC to be announced.
Yo ho, yo ho, an Assassin’s life for me…
