Rumor on Delay of New Xbox One Experience Denied; Next Big Addition of Backwards Compatible Games at Release

on October 10, 2015 12:25 PM

A couple days ago, a rumor surfaced that the new Xbox One experience had been delayed to December instead of the previously mentioned November prediction, but Director of Program Management Mike Ybarra denied the rumor, also mentioning that “It’ll be ready when it’s ready.”

The New Xbox Experience will also include the public launch of backwards compatible games, and looks like those that are in the preview program shouldn’t expect a big bump in the available game before launch.

Spencer also pledged the 100% commitment of the team to making Xbox One a great gaming console to a fan that accused him of conceding during a recent interview.

Personally, I can’t wait to try the New Xbox One experience for myself. I’m still waiting for the preview invite. Come on Microsoft, you know you wanna.
