Quantic Dream is said to have another announcement down the line, which is not related to Star Wars Eclipse, apparently.

Three years after launching Detroit: Become Human, Quantic Dream eventually announced its next big project during The Game Awards 2021 with a jaw-dropping trailer. However, soon after the announcement of Star Wars Eclipse, fans began to hear rumors around a development hell at the studio.

It was mostly reported by Tom Henderson, the leaker who made a name for themselves after his leaks on Battlefield 2042. Henderson claimed that Quantic Dream has been struggling to hire new developers to work on their upcoming projects due to workspace issues that the studio was rumored to have previously.

However, AccountNGT, another leaker on Twitter who first reported on the existence of Star Wars Eclipse, debunked Henderson's reports in a recent tweet and suggested an upcoming announcement from Quantic Dream at this year's Summer Game Fest.

Leaker Suggests Quantic Dream Might Announce Its Second Big Project at Summer Game Fest 2022

In a recent tweet, AccountNGT claimed that he has received another report that confirms Quantic Dream is working on a game based on their The Dark Sorcerer tech demo that was showcased at E3 2013. The leaker claimed that they predict the studio to have another announcement at Summer Game Fest 2022, which is not related to their Star Wars project.

Regarding the fact that Star Wars Eclipse is still several years away from launch based on reports, it might not be ideal to announce another project less than a year after Eclipse's reveal. However, if the studio is really struggling to hire new developers, it might force them to announce more projects to encourage developers to join the studio.

That being said, AccountNGT claimed in a tweet that the development of Star Wars Eclipse is not as bad as some reports that you had already heard, indirectly mentioning Henderson's previous reports.
