Rumors: PS4 1st Party Exclusive with “Killer Graphics” and Eastern Influence Coming, Halo info and More

Rumors about upcoming PS4 exclusives have been following one another lately, and there’s another interesting one coming from industry insider Ahsan Rasheed, who has always had a good track record with the information provided by his sources.

According to Ashan, one of the 1st party exclusives in development at one of Sony’s own western studios  features eastern influence, heavy action and “killer graphics,” described as better than what we’ve seen with Ubisoft’s Snowdrop’s engine, and that’s definitely a tall promise.

He also had something for Xbox One fans, speaking of a JRPG in development, and some information about the next Halo, which according to his source will be very different from previous titles of the series, very ambitious and “more or less open world.”

Interestingly enough the source also mentioned that all the leaks dropped earlier this year by the now disappeared NeoGaf user Ntkrnl are true. Some have already found purchase, so that’s definitely not hard to believe.

As usual with this kind of rumor, as much as Rasheed’s track record is quite solid, we should take them with the customary amount of healthy skepticism until official announcements are made.
