Square Enix announced that the former PS Vita exclusive SaGa: Scarlet Grace will be ported to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, PC, iOS, and Android in 2018 in Japan.

Originally released on PS Vita in December 2016 in Japan, SaGa: Scarlet Grace tells the story of an Empire that has been left in ruins. The world revolves around the will of entities known as Star Gods. Evidentally, one of the Star God known as Fire Bringer turned on the others and caused a comet to bring chaos to the world along with monsters. This happens every 150 years and causes the remaining respectable Star Gods to choose a hero that will save the world and possibly put a stop to Fire Bringer.

SaGa: Scarlet Grace has four main protagonists,  Urpina, Leonard, Taria, and Balmaint, who each have separate storylines. Players are about to meet over 70 characters who can potentially assist them on their journey. Battles are found to be more strategic and feature 3D turn-based gameplay using a Timeline feature.

Although there is no western release revealed, the PC announcement adds to the speculation that Square Enix could be planning a localization.
