A while back, Koei Tecmo announced that another Samurai Warriors game was planned to release this year and this week's issue of Famitsu magazine reveals that Samurai Warriors: Chronicles 3 is under development for the the 3DS and PS Vita.

Samurai Warriors: Chronicles 3 will include a variety of new scenarios and systems, and over 50 military commanders from Samurai Warriors 4 has been confirmed to be in this game. Other features like “Hyper Attacks” with new elements and “Rage Attacks” will be included in addition to an increased number of character edit slots.
