Sarif Industries is Totally Not Evil

Totally. Completely normal. As you can see from the video after the jump, Sarif industries only wants to help you by making normal parts of your body into robotic parts of your body that function the same as normal parts of your body. Er, that’s the way it seems, anyway.

Yeah, Sarif is the company you work for in Deus Ex: Human Revolution, so basic game narrative logic tells us they’re definitely going to be evil. And that’s really a shame, since it really gives the whole game an anti-Transhumanist spin. I, for one, am adamantly pro-Transhumanism, and I’m hoping that the choice between the two in the game isn’t presented as a choice between good and evil, but based on everything I’ve seen from the game, it’ll probably end up going that way. Oh well.

Check out some Transhumanist propaganda after the jump. You won’t regret it.
