Aksys revealed that the D3Publisher developed action game School Girl/Zombie Hunter will launch on PlayStation 4 on November 17 in North America.

School Girl/Zombie Hunter is set in the Onechanbara universe where the horde of zombies have invaded “Kirisaku High School”. The school, known for its sports and academic fields, will be the setting for an all out war between a flood of zombies and five female students.

The girls must work together to destroy these human-eating creatures as well as learn to take on trials by themselves. Throughout the story the player will learn more about each character and their personal struggles and tribulations. A common goal shared between the group is simply the goal to survive and make it out of the school.

The girls will be equipped with high power weapons that are more than capable of mowing down the zombies. The girls can also choose their underwear and clothing, which are fully destructible after taking a considerable amount of damage.

Furthermore, clothing will be able to be used to lure, confuse, and destroy enemies. The girls will also be able to leave their clothing behind as a way to confuse the enemies and make their escape.

The game features and online multiple mode where players will be able to team up with four other players and take a crew into the school to take out the zombie hordes together. There is also a full single player campaign that features story missions and unlockable items.

The publisher has not revealed the release date for Europe at this time.
