Is There A New Meta?

Any competitive first person shooter game is bound to have some form of meta, and Call of Duty: Warzone is no different. Meta weapons have become more and more prominent since the integration of Black Ops Cold War back in 2020.

However, Raven Software are usually quick to rectify any over powered weapons or attachments that become meta. But since the Season 3 Reloaded update went live, there were plenty of weapon adjustments. So, is there a new meta in Season 3 Reloaded?

To many fans' pleasure, there's currently no standout meta in Warzone at the moment. Prominent figures in the Call of Duty community such as ModernWarzone and Rallied, have even expressed their satisfaction with the current Warzone meta.

Rallied, a popular content creator, even pointed out that he could use 15 different weapons in Warzone for the first time. Usually, when a weapon becomes meta, it's almost impossible to use anything else without getting destroyed.

But just because all of the Warzone weapons are currently well balanced, doesn't mean that some guns aren't better than others.

Best Guns To Use

DualShockers have put together our personal recommendation for the best guns to use in Warzone Season 3 Reloaded. Try these out for yourselves and let us know what you think!

AMAX

Even though the AMAX recently received a nerf, it wasn't substantial enough to stop it being one of the best Assault Rifles in the game. Check out the attachments below.

  • Muzzle = Monolithic Suppresor
  • Barrel = XRK Zodiac S440
  • Optic = VLK 3.0x Optic
  • Underbarrel = Commando Foregrip
  • Ammunition = 60 Round Mags

MAC-10

The popular SMG from Cold War has received multiple nerfs since it released, but with the right attachments, it is still a shredding machine. Check out the best attachments to use below.

  • Muzzle = Agency Suppressor
  • Barrel = 5.9" Task Force
  • Stock = Raider Stock
  • Underbarrel = Field Agent Grip
  • Ammunition = Salvo 53 Rnd Fast Mag

KAR98K

If you're able to be accurate with your long-range sniper shots, the KAR98K is one of the best marksman rifles to use to take people out quickly at mid-range and still destroy people at long range. When using at long-rage, you'll need to try and be more accurate and hit your headshots to get 1 shot kills.

  • Muzzle = Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel = Singuard Custom 25.1"
  • Laser = Tac Laser
  • Optic = Sniper Scope
  • Stock = STVOL Precision Comb

Now you've got the best Assault Rifle, SMG, and Marksman Rifle to use in Warzone you can get out there and dominate. However, it's important to remember that as there currently is no exact meta in Warzone, there's plenty of other solid guns to use.

Weapons such as the GRAU, M4A1, and MP5 are also solid choices with the right attachments. Also important to remember is that the Warzone weapon meta is constantly changing, so don't expect the same weapons that are viable today to still be viable come future updates.
