Developer AnyArts Productions has announced their new adventure game, Seasons of Heaven, today.

Based on a French book of the same name, which tells the tale of how centuries of mistreating the environment led to humanity's "greatest purge ever known", the indie title is set to come exclusively to the Nintendo Switch.

Running on Unreal Engine 4, screenshots of the game were also released, showcasing protagonist Yann, who suffers from Asperger's syndrome, and his French bulldog Ani. The images reveal interesting artifacts with illuminated markings set in a beautifully rendered green world.

No other information about the game was revealed, though it does indicate something good for Nintendo, seeing as how more games for new hardware is far from a bad thing.

This isn't the only headline the publisher's featured in this week, as footage of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild running on the Switch debuted yesterday during The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
