Another beta is on its way for Battlefield Hardline, developer Visceral has said.

In a statement, Visceral's head Steve Papoutsis said that the next beta is aimed at showcasing more of the game.

We have plenty of new modes in the game that really play off the cop and criminal theme, as well as the return of fan-favorites. The variety in maps is also something that Battlefield fans have never experienced before, from subterranean grow labs to the streets of Miami, complete with all the vibe and flavor that city has to offer."

The beta which just closed, he said, was aimed at identifying issues with the game.

We want your feedback early. We’re listening to it, we’re acting on it and it’s going to help make Hardline a better game when we launch in October.

The next beta for Battlefield Hardline is set to launch in Autumn on PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
